These terms of sale are valid for all orders placed with Lilly & Jude, be that in person, through any of the Lilly & Jude Social Media Stores or via the online store at: www.lillyandjude.co.uk

This website, www.lillyandjude.co.uk is owned and operated by Kerry Atterbury, Sole Trader of Lilly & Jude.
Our registered address is: 21 Wall Close, Lawley, Telford, Shropshire TF4 2GR. Please note that this is a residential address, and we do not accept any in-person visits or contact at this location
Price Policy
All prices on the website include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery costs. Lilly and Jude retain the right to change prices of products and services at any time. Despite our best efforts, there may be occasions when an item has been listed with the incorrect price. When we spot a pricing error, we will contact you to and give you the opportunity to reconfirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order and provide a refund.
Special offers and discount codes will be offered periodically throughout the year and will be subject to their own terms and conditions. Discounts and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Lilly and Jude reserve the right to withdraw offers and discounts at any time.
Ordering
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. However, this doesn’t mean your order has been accepted just yet. We’ll send a second email to confirm when your order has been accepted and dispatched.
Each bag is handmade and unique, so they can sell out quickly. In the rare case that two customers try to purchase the same bag at the same time, the first order to complete the checkout process will be given priority. If you’re not successful, we’ll contact you to offer either an alternative product or a full refund.
By completing your purchase, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Changes to Order
You are able to make changes to your order up to the point at which you click the Place Order button in the checkout. Occasionally, it may be possible, though not guaranteed, to make amendments up to the point at which your order is wrapped and parcelled up. We aim to process orders within 1 working day (sometimes within a few hours of you placing your order), so please ensure that you contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request an amendment to your order. Payments
We accept payments via the Wix payment system. This allows us to accept payments from: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Visa Electron and Maestro.
Presently, we do not accept cash, cheques or gift cards as payment online. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in GBP (Great British Pounds / Pounds Stirling). Non-UK credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rate and be applied and may add an additional processing or administration charge.
Please note that items bought via PayPal can only be refunded to the linked bank card in your PayPal account.
Your billing address and delivery address need to be in the same country in order for your order to be successful.
Returns
As a small business, we truly value happy customers. However, to help keep our prices affordable, we do not cover the cost of return delivery, unless we’ve made an error with your order (e.g., sent the wrong item) or there’s a manufacturing defect. We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in its original condition. In other cases, return postage will need to be covered by the buyer.
Christmas Returns Extension: For any items purchased between 1st November and 24th December, we offer an extended return period. These items can be returned up until 14th January, giving you a bit more time during the festive season. Please ensure all returned items are in their original condition, unworn and unused.
In order to arrange a return, please contact us via our Contact page here and select ‘Return Request’ in the drop down menu, then provide the relevant information. We aim to reply to your request within 24/48 hours.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us by post. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the products you are returning and you should keep proof of postage. We will refund the full price you paid for the products, using the same method you used to pay for them, once they have been inspected and accepted under the following conditions:

Bags must be in an unused condition.

Bags must still have their original Lilly & Jude tags attached.

All returned items must be returned in a re-saleable condition.

All products must be well packaged to protect them during transit.

All products should be kept away from pets, perfume and strong smells and be unmarked, scuffed or blemished.

All products must be returned with any additional gifts, accessories or items that came with the sale of the product (tissue paper and marketing materials such as business cards can be kept and used at your discretion).
Please note: We cannot accept any returns that fall outside the specified time frame, don’t meet the conditions outlined above, or are sent without prior contact and proper returns authorisation.
Delivery
Although we can deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, delivery to these locations may take a little longer.
When you have chosen the products you want to buy from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address you have entered for your payment card. If you want us to deliver your order to a different address, you can choose this option as you go through the checkout process.
To ensure your order arrives when you expect, we may make changes to delivery options during Sales, or busy periods. The options that are available will be made clear during checkout.
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the UK. The following is for incidental purposes:
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for worldwide deliveries, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations. We reserve the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to destinations. Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. The products you order for delivery to worldwide destinations may be subject to duties or taxes upon importation. These duties or taxes are levied once the product reaches the country of destination. You are responsible for determining whether there is any restriction on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You are also responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your product at the time of importation, and for paying those costs. We recommend you contact your local customs authority or post office (where applicable) to learn more about customs restrictions and possible costs prior to placing an order.
Fraud
Lilly & Jude takes fraud prevention seriously. We employ industry-standard security protocols to protect both our business and our customers. Any attempt to make fraudulent purchases, use stolen credit cards, or otherwise deceive or defraud us will result in immediate action.
In the event of suspected fraud:
• We reserve the right to cancel any orders and withhold products.
• Information may be shared with relevant law enforcement agencies for investigation.
• We will pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law, including seeking damages and recovery of costs incurred during the investigation and legal process.
Customers found attempting to defraud Lilly & Jude may face both civil and criminal liability.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to describe each item in as much detail as possible and provide numerous photos, displaying different angles and the measurements of each bag. Please take the time to check that the item meets your size requirements before placing your order.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
There may be some slight colour variations in online representations which can be caused by differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, display technology, colour profiles, and image compression.
The leather used in all our products is premium quality, though it comes from unused, rejected materials sourced from a high-end leather manufacturer. These offcuts were originally destined for landfill, but we’ve given them a second life. This means the leather in our bags is to be considered as “upcycled’, and you may notice some natural variations, adding to each piece’s unique character.
As an organic material, the leather may have creases, variations in colour, flaws, blemishes, as well as variations in thickness and texture. These characteristics should not be seen as defects or faults, but rather as part of the charm and story of the bag.
Please note that due to the nature of the upcycled leather, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds based on these natural variations. We believe that these unique qualities add to the individuality and beauty of each bag.
Website Liability
Our liability for products which you may purchase through our site is subject to our Terms of Sale.
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of our site. However, we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for any technical problems you may experience with our site. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the content on our site we will attempt to correct this as soon as we reasonably can. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, in negligence or otherwise) for loss or damage which you or any third party may incur in connection with our site, any website linked to it and any materials posted on it. This does not affect our liability for products which you may purchase through our site. These Terms of Use do not affect your statutory rights.
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we are no longer liable for lost or damaged items. However, we will do everything in our power to assist with any claims made with the courier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

‘Lilly & Jude’ business name, logos, alt logos, submark logos and all images on this site were created by and therefore the property of the business owner, Kerry Atterbury and are covered by copyright law
We are the owner or the licensee of all trademarks, and all other marks, trade names, brand names, business names, illustrations, images, logos, registered or unregistered designs, copyrights and other intellectual property rights which appear on our site and in the material published on it. Each bag on the site has been created using a mixture of patterns created by specialist bag pattern designers and those created by us. It is within the permissions, terms and conditions of those patterns that each bag is made and sold.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including ‘Acts of God’, fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.
Lilly & Jude is a small, independent business, operating with a limited team. While we strive to provide timely service and fulfilment, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to our limited manpower. We appreciate your understanding and patience if an unexpected delay arises in processing, shipping, or communication.
Please be assured that we take customer satisfaction seriously and will make every effort to resolve any issues as promptly as possible. However, by agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept that certain delays, although rare, may occur as part of our business operations.
We kindly request that customers allow a reasonable timeframe for resolutions before escalating concerns.
